In Adams County, Ohio, there was an animal rescue of epic proportions. It involved the Humane Society of the United States and they rescued 166 cats and dogs from horrible circumstances. Many of the animals were simply tied outside to live in the dirt.
One of the dogs was a chocolate lab and he was chained near the front of the property. After scanning the animals for microchips, they found out that the Labrador belong to a family in Indiana. They then were able to reunite this chocolate lab with the family and you won’t believe the excited reaction!
