I have often heard about the bond that exists between a soldier and his dog, but after seeing this video, it now makes sense! This dog is absolutely amazing, and it seems to be able to anticipate his every move, even before he makes it. It is little wonder that a soldier often trusts his life to these incredible animals!
Although the way dogs are used in combat has changed in recent times, soldier dogs have been a part of warfare for thousands of years. The earliest use of dogs in war is likely to of taken place about 2500 years ago.
