Bringing a new baby into the house is one of the most joyous times in the life of a parent. There is also some hesitation, at times, because of other family members and how they may react. Sibling rivalry is certainly a possibility, and that is also true when there is a dog in the household.
Although it could occur that a dog would become jealous when a new baby arrives, that is not always the case. As you can see from this video, a dog that is roughhousing with his father instantly stops doing it and calms down when the baby is around. I guess we know who rules this roost!
