The world is full of unsung heroes and many of them do extraordinary things without ever being recognized for it. When this woman saw that there were puppies stuck in a drainpipe, she went into action and disappeared down the narrow hole to save them. What you see is her being pulled out after attempting to save those puppies.
Although many people would have a difficulty doing this because of the tight space, this woman obviously loved the puppies more than she feared the area. She certainly deserves an award for her valiant efforts.
