On a river in Romania, a dog was stranded and was unable to get out of the water. If it weren’t for the assistance of a good Samaritan, he most likely would not have survived. Fortunately, the man did help this lovely dog, pulled him up by the scruff of the neck and brought him to a safe location.
This man went out of his way to save the dog but it was what the dog did that is truly amazing. He started running around excitedly, and you could tell that he was happy and thankful for what that man had done!
