Ask anyone who owns a dog and they will tell you, it is one of the best things you can possibly do in life. There’s nothing quite like having a best friend by your side through thick and thin, and certainly dogs will show you all of the unconditional love you could possibly handle. All they ask from us in return is to make sure that they have food and water and plenty of love in return.
Recently, this dog owner was away on a business trip so you can imagine how happy his dogs were to see him come home again. When he walks through the door, the dogs were so excited, they actually sounded like a flock of seagulls! It is a precious moment, and you get to be there to see it.
Admittedly, some dogs don’t have the ability to tell time and it doesn’t matter if we have been gone for days or just gone out to the mailbox, they will excitedly welcome us back again. It is all part of being a dog owner, and something that we love very much!
