When dogs are neglected, it often shows on the exterior. You may find that they get matted fur, mange and there could be a number of other difficulties as well. When the call came in for this abandoned poodle, its hair was so matted that it was barely recognizable. That didn’t stop these individuals from loving it and providing it with the help that it needed.
