When a Rottweiler had puppies at a local shelter, both the mother and the puppies were going to be put down. It seems cruel but it is a fact of life at many shelters that are so packed full of animals that there isn’t any additional space.
That is where the Bill Foundation stepped in. They heard about the family so they went to the shelter to pick up the mother and the puppies. While they were there, they also saved a Terrier and her puppies that were in the same situation! All in all, this foundation saved 15 dogs in one day.
