Pitbull dogs are a breed of dog that probably inspire more division between the dog loving community. Some people really do not like this breed, believing that they are vicious, bred for fighting and not really a family pet. On the other side of the fence are people who have actually owned a pitbull and will swear to anyone whom will listen that these really are the best dogs in the world.
Luckily for this particular dog, who was dying at the top of a mountain, having been SHOT he was discovered by an animal lover. Andi Davis knew that leaving the dog there was simply not an option, so withh no other choice she heaved the fifty-pound dog into her arms and by sheer strength and determination, transported the dog all the way down the mountain. Her husband and her then raced the dog to the Humane Society where luckily for the dog, he made a full recovery. Having gone through all that effort, the family have now adopted the dog, whom they called Elijah and everyone is very happy with the way things transpired.
