I’m not exactly sure what I’m seeing here. Perhaps it is a white porcupine or maybe even a new Pokémon character? No, wait! It’s a fluffy dog with static electricity!
It really doesn’t matter what you call it, I call it the funniest thing I’ve seen in a very long time! Static electricity occurs when you have an imbalance of electrical charges on the surface of or within material.
Once the charge is in the area, it sticks around until it moves away, either through electrical discharge or through electrical current.
In the case of this dog, it likely went away on its own but it also may have created a small arc if the dog was put near a source to ground.
