We often read about dogs being rescued from shelters or saved from life on the streets, but this story goes above and beyond. It is about a good Samaritan that does something special for an animal when she was also struggling as well. In fact, this woman was living in a van that was inoperable yet she still took the time and energy to walk miles to save this dog.
Now the dog has a new home and a new best friend. And just to show you that things do turn out the right way, the community pulled together to help this good Samaritan and they got her van fixed.
