From time to time, everybody needs a helping hand and that is also true of our furry friends. This little Maltese was abandoned on the street and it was so matted, it was barely recognizable. Although it had been fed by some local children, it was still in desperate need of assistance. Hope for Paws gave it the assistance that it needed.
After being fed and a good cleaning, the dog was shaved down to get rid of the matting. It was also discovered that this poor little puppy, whose name is Violet, was quite sick and it was infested with fleas and ticks. Once they were finished with the dog, you are not going to believe the transformation!
